Refunds and Returns Policy

Hey there! Thanks for supporting Bravo Guerrero Art. I want you to love what you get, so here’s the deal on refunds and returns.

Returns

All sales are final. Since my artwork and limited edition prints are unique, I can’t accept returns or exchanges unless something arrives damaged or defective. In that case, I’ve got you covered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order shows up damaged or defective, email me within 7 days at contact@bravoguerrero.com. Please include a description of the issue and some photos of the damage (including the packaging). I’ll take a look and see if a replacement or refund makes sense.

Refunds

I only offer refunds if:

  • Your item was damaged in shipping.

  • You received the wrong item.

If your request is approved, I’ll process the refund within 10 business days, and the money will go back to your original payment method. Just a heads-up shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Once it’s out the door, I can’t cancel it.

Custom and Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned pieces are final sale. The deposit is non-refundable, and the full payment is due before I ship the artwork. If you have any changes, let’s talk about them during the process!

Shipping Issues

I’m not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If something goes wrong with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.
